Resources & Preferred Partners
Buying rural land or building on acreage in Texas involves more than just the loan. From finding the right property to designing your home, clearing the site, and closing the deal — every step requires specialists who understand rural Texas.
We've worked with hundreds of borrowers across the Texas Panhandle, Hill Country, Permian Basin, East Texas piney woods, and Rio Grande Valley since 1993. These are the partners our borrowers trust to get the job done right — companies we've seen deliver, deal after deal.

Why We Built This Directory
Most of our borrowers come to us mid-project. They've found the land but need a builder. They've designed the house but need someone to clear the site. They've got the financing locked but their title company has never handled mineral reservations on a 200-acre tract.
We've seen deals stall — not because of the loan, but because a borrower couldn't find a barndominium builder who'd take on their project, or a title company that understood ag exemption transfers. This page exists to close that gap.
Every company listed here is one we've worked alongside on real deals. We don't accept paid placements or list companies we haven't vetted. If you're a Texas-based professional in any of these categories and want to discuss being listed, reach out to us.
